The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.

My daughter absolutely loved her , Crunchy cookie monster. We'll definitely return back to this location.

This the only location that I know of in Illinois that still sell Banana cream pie blizzard other than Texas Bella and I. 4-8-23

Very good ice cream sundaes and ice cream concoctions. I had the Chocolate Cherry soft serve "flurry" and it was great! I got a medium size and it was almost too much for just one person. But it was so good I tried to eat the whole thing. It would be perfect for two people to share.

I was there around noon, the line was short, the service fast, the peanut buster parfait was delicious!

I’ve been going to this location for several years and haven’t had any issues with the service or treats. I really wish the Owner/Manager would tell the employees to write the name/flavor on the cups if a person purchases more than one Blizzard. If I purchase a Snickers, Heath, and Drumstick blizzard, it’s nice to see the abbreviations scribbled on each cup telling me which is which. Perhaps the Dairy Queen in Munster has spoiled me since they mark all their blizzards. I appreciate not having to take the lids off and figure them out. Small thing to ask but makes a huge difference.
